Shortly after we opened our doors in 2019, we managed to stand out from the competition both for the hotel's unique design and our team's heartfelt service philosophy. Our property consists of 10 masterfully designed Suites and Villas with 180° breathtaking sunset views featuring hot tubs or private pools and the well known "Mavro" fine dining restaurant & cocktail bar. Your role, your manager, your colleagues This role gives you the opportunity to work in our distinguished "Mavro" restaurant with Mediterranean Cuisine and breathtaking Caldera view. Your job position is referring directly a talented, highly motivated chef and your colleagues are a mix of energetic and giving personalities who are passionate of offering memorable experiences to our guests. A typical day at work looks like: Making all necessary cocktails ingredients' preparation according to your specific position in the team. Following all recipes in order you always create drinks with consistency in taste, temperature and appearance. Contributing in your team's high morale by caring about their thoughts and feelings. Keeping your workplace a pleasant, clean and safe environment for everyone to work. What you need to succeed in this role: A big smile and positive energy A people centric philosophy A culinary certificate and a very good knowledge of English language A minimum experience of 2 seasons in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant A HACCP certificated will be considered as an asset.
