Procurement Tasks Continuous and high-level monitoring and servicing of emerging procurement needs (investment, raw materials, auxiliary materials, services) Organization and follow-up of technical negotiations with suppliers Development of procurement strategies Conducting price negotiations, preparation and supervision of contracts (standard, framework, individual) Conducting the entire procurement process (requirements management, request for proposals, price negotiations, price list, procurement preparation of decision-making materials, compilation of data for contracts) Finding, selecting and integrating new suppliers into company processes Regular contact with domestic and foreign suppliers, partner departments within the company and concern Carrying out background processes, tasks and administrative activities related to procurement in the company management system Follow-up of orders Effective cooperation with partner departments and partners Evaluation of suppliers Supplier management Evaluation of procurement processes and development, resource optimization Expectations Advanced technical or economic education Negotiation-level English and/or German language skills At least 2 or more years of experience in the same or similar position User-level computer skills (MS Office) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, decisiveness, results- and cost-oriented approach Category "B" driver's license Advantage: 5 or more years of purchasing experience at a manufacturing company Experience in using an integrated company management system we offer Target premium system 13th monthly salary Cafeteria benefits Attendance and seniority bonus Flexible work schedule Assignments in Germany Place of work Somogy county
