Business Intelligence Specialist

• The BI Reporting Analyst adds value to the clients by analyzing market data and sharing insights into their key business issues that lead to maximization of growth opportunities.
• The successful candidate shall be highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for the reporting space.
• The candidate must be able to work independently, as well as actively participate with a collaborative team and be involved in the implementation of both solutions and technological approaches, architectures and applications used to facilitate the provision and delivery of insights that ignite growth.
• A deep understanding of how CPG organizations work, what the key areas for data driven business questions are and how information granularity required varies on different seniority levels and organizations.
• The role is an international role in our Centre of Reporting Excellence (CoRE) located in Athens.
• University Degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Business Administration or Marketing
• 1-2 years of professional experience in relevant BI roles
• Experience in working with BI tools (IRI Unify, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SAP BI) is considered an asset
• Fluent command of English (German, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analysis and synthesis experience
• Strong ability in understanding key business indicators and translating them into business strategy
• Advanced communication & interpersonal skills and capability to interact effectively across levels and
functions
• Curiosity, Creativity, and passion for design to deliver stellar reporting experience (R-X)
