Required Qualifications:
Culinary Arts Degree or related certificate
Second Cook:
3-5 years experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels or high standard restaurants
Knowledge of cooking techniques and hygiene and safety procedures
Specializing in cold cuisine
Ability to collaborate and work in a team in a demanding environment
Managing time and priorities under pressure
Professional behavior and team spirit
Willingness to develop and develop skills
