Building maintenance worker (District XXI) Tasks Continuous inspection and inspection of the yard and buildings and initiation of necessary interventions. Support and assistance in operational work. Maintaining the appropriate operating condition of the building's architectural, heating-cooling, air-conditioning, high-current, low-current and other technical systems. Documentation of processing steps in a company management system. Adherence to workplace regulations Adherence to occupational and fire protection, quality and environmental management regulations.
