Manager - Timisoara

The manager is responsible for coordinating operations with goods in the warehouse he is responsible for: reception, keeping in optimal conditions, preparing deliveries. ï¸ï¸€ï¸‚︃︃︇ï¸ï¸†ï¸„ï¸ï¸€ï¸‚︃︃︇︉︆︄ï¸ï¸€ï¸‚︃︃︸︂︇ï¸섁︂︈Ensures the management activities for the goods in the warehouse of the work point according to the norms and the procedures in force. The main responsibilities: - Supervises the FIFO system (First In First Out - First In First Out) and reports the best-before (expiry date); - Trains subordinates, seeking to develop their skills and also to correct/improve weak parts (in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager). - Checks all invoices and shipping notices on the basis of which the goods are released; handlers, electric forklift operators, before its release; - Checks the correct palletizing of the goods for delivery, in order to avoid damage during transport; - Ensures that the goods trucks are sealed in the presence and keeps a clear record of them; - Distributes orders to the pickers (goods handlers). Work schedule: M-F; 06:00 – 14:30; 14:00 – 22:30 Location: DumbrăviÅ£a Village, DumbrăviÅ£a Commune, D.J. 691, KM 8, Timiș County The position is available for an indefinite period. Salary package & Benefits:- Monthly gross salary: 5367 RON, equivalent to a net monthly salary of 3150 RON;- Monthly bonus: 500 RON for achieving 100% of the set performance objectives;- Transport provided by the company from the city to the work point;- Meal vouchers - 40 RON/day;- Private medical insurance;- Christmas and Easter premiums.
