Executive Chef Petros Dimas and his talented team create the ultimate fine dining experience and curate a menu based on creative Greek cuisine. We are currently looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress with appetite and passion to join the MAKRIS Athens by Domes team. Head Waiter/Waitress Some of the Responsibilities Serve drinks, food and dishes according to the operational standards of the Group Very good knowledge of the catalog with the ultimate goal of better customer service Direct communication with the restaurant manager to organize his post Communicate with the rest of the team to supervise the space Receive and welcome the customer in a polite manner Inform about the menu, suggestions and combinations of dishes with drinks in a friendly manner and discreet, without a tendency to impose an opinion Cooperation with the other teams for direct customer service Useful to have: a degree from a Tourism School Very good knowledge of English and optionally a second foreign language is necessary Previous experience in à la carte restaurants or in 5-star luxury hotel restaurants is necessary Excellent knowledge of service techniques What you will bring with you: politeness, pleasant and friendly personality team spirit and cooperation neat appearance, cleanliness service orientation and customer satisfaction We offer: remuneration package commensurate with qualifications development opportunities within a fast-growing work environment excellent work environment continuous training Domes Resorts offers equal opportunities to all and is against discrimination.
