In order to carry out your activity, it is important:* to have higher education (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering)* to identify specific problems and propose solutions* to respect the standards and regulations in the field* to take feedback into account and to work with other people to get results* you must know English - intermediate level, at least* you must have knowledge of computer operation - basic level (MS Office)* you must have a driving license category B The key skills we are looking for:* you have experience as a project or production engineer, at least 5 years (with responsibilities in the field of truck construction)* although the communication and planning/process tracking skills, concretely what you will be able to do: 1/ take the product/project order and take care of the development of that project in the production hall2/ prepare and maintain the Gantt charts of execution of the project(s)3/ you supervise the supply, without making direct purchases4/ you determine which components will be introduced in the manufacturing process and the necessary times5/ you make sure that the production process takes place without interruptions, according to the plan6/ you take care that the production projects to be done on time and within the budget (the head of the shop divides the specific tasks)7/ 99% of the time you will work in the production shop, but there will be situations in which installations will be carried out at the client's locations/headquarters and it is necessary to travel to the site The company operates in headquarters located in DragomireÈ™ti-Vale, Jud.
