Food Safety Engineer

We are a growing and developing company in the sausage industry and we are looking for a Food Safety Engineer to join our team in Caracal. What are the qualities we are looking for? Higher education in the food industry and or food safety; Knowledge advanced food safety and quality standards (HACCP); Food industry experience of at least 3; Intermediate digital skills (email, MS Office package, other software); Very good communication skills; Orientation to details and rigor in following procedures, fairness and responsibility; Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through of the deadlines. What will be your role in the team? You will make sure that in the production process the rules and standards of hygiene, quality and food safety are respected; You will check the packaging and labeling of the products, you will find any non-conformities and you will apply the necessary measures to remedy them; You will prepare specific documentation.
