Job Description: 

He is responsible for assessing and improving effectiveness in risk management, controls and management processes at the level of the Company;

Prepares audit plans based on risk assessment;

He is responsible for conducting audits in accordance with the plan and standards within the Company;

He is responsible for the analysis, monitoring and data control of all internal processes and programs within the Company;

He is responsible for assessing business compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies;

He is responsible for monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls;

Identifies weaknesses in control systems and makes recommendations for their improvement;

Identifies and assesses risks that may affect the achievement of the Company's goals;

Proposes measures for managing identified risks in the Company's operations;

Monitors the implementation of recommendations and measures proposed during audits;

Checks the effectiveness of implemented measures to improve internal processes and programs within the Company;

It applies the prescribed work methodology of internal audit, as well as control procedures and programs that are in accordance with international standards, the Company's standards, local regulations, the International Framework of Professional Activities of the Institute of Internal Auditors

Gives an audit opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system, determines the causes and consequences of weaknesses and gives recommendations for their elimination;

Conducts interviews with managers of organizational units that are subject to audit;

Provides advice and support to management regarding the improvement of business processes and programs;

Performs regular and subsequent audits in accordance with the annual work plan, as well as extraordinary audits on the authority of the Company Director;

Prepares and reports in detail on the results of internal audits within the Company;

Maintains a current audit file for each audit and stores, stores and archives documentation in accordance with regulations;

Participates in the development of new policies and procedures;

Regularly monitors changes in legislation, standards and best practices;

He is obliged to respect ethical standards and integrity in performing his duties;

He is obliged to keep confidential the data and information made available to him in the audit procedure

Application requirements:

VII degree of vocational education;

Minimum of five years of work experience in the same or similar position;

Mandatory possession of an authorized auditor's license;

Excellent knowledge of internal audit standards and applicable legislation;

Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office package;

Knowledge of the English language (B2 or C1 level)
