WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• You will monitor the dynamics of the construction site and supervise the execution of works
• You will control the work done and the execution of the project within the budget and set deadlines
• Coordination between investors/customers, supervision, suppliers and subcontractors
• Control of design and technical documentation, proof of works through the construction book
• Ensure compliance of the works with the requirements of the project documentation
• Ensure compliance of works with legal and professional regulations
• You will make monthly calculations of performed works
• You will create handover documentation
• You will perform administrative duties and other tasks as ordered by your superior
