Organization, planning and coordination of construction works and orders_x000D_
Control of work execution, adherence to schedules_x000D_
Supervision of compliance with regulations in the field of health and safety, quality and technology_x000D_
Ongoing control of construction cost calculations and responsibility for budget compliance_x000D_
Ongoing communication with project managers and construction coordinators_x000D_
Cooperation and dealings with other entities (investors, network operators, competent authorities)_x000D_
Management and responsibility for construction documentation_x000D_
Preparation of documents for the presentation of constructions_x000D_
Preparation and responsibility for invoicing documents_x000D_
Review and approval of work lists and orders from subcontractors_x000D_
Professional, precise and careful work_x000D_
Adherence to established plans_x000D_

Secondary or university education in the field of civil engineering/construction_x000D_

Excellent knowledge of working on a PC, including reading technical reports and drawings (both printed and CAD), Office_x000D_
Experience in the field TZB_x000D_
