Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organizational Head of Catering who will take over the organization and excellent operation of our hotel's central restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of service, the efficient execution of his team's tasks and compliance with the company's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Selection, supervision and training of the central restaurant team.
Collaborate with the kitchen and Executive Chef to achieve harmonious operation.
Implementation of the objectives set by the F&B Manager for the department.
Preparation and control of the team's weekly work schedule.
Cooperation with the hotel's central warehouse for the adequacy and flow of consumables.
Mentoring, coordinating and evaluating team performance.
Ensuring excellent knowledge and adherence to all department procedures.
Implementation of the company's health and safety policy.
Qualifications:
Degree in Tourism School or other related subject.
Minimum work experience of 4 years in a similar position, ideally in a 4*/5* hotel.
Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated).
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
Experience and knowledge of implementing ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000 management systems.
