Quality manager of ready-mixed concrete

Place of work: Belgrade

The key jobs that the employees of the ready-mixed concrete quality manager jobs are:

Establishes and updates all concrete production quality control plans in accordance with the appropriate current Lafarge Technical Standards (LQTS) and applicable national standards, orders and norms.

He makes sure that all documents from his domain of responsibility are prepared in accordance with the quality system (QMS: ISO 9001 and SRPS EN 206-1; SRPS U.M1.206 and PBAB)

Performs an annual evaluation of suppliers from the aspect of uniformity and compliance with the quality limits given by the contract

Creates product recipes according to standards, customer and company requirements

Implements decarbonization according to the Group's global goals and promotes green materials

Actively communicates with customers in order to improve the characteristics of ready-mixed concrete products, adapt recipes to the project / application and give recommendations for installation

Participates in product presentations and promotions in support of the sales team

Plans and performs internal checks according to the requirements of the quality system (Manual on the quality of factory control of concrete production)

Participates in the introduction of new materials for the needs of the technological process.

Respects the rules and principles of OSH and environmental protection and participates in their implementation and improvement.

You are expected to:

That you have a university degree, preferably a civil engineering or technology faculty

3-5 years of relevant experience in the same or similar jobs

Higher level of knowledge of the English language and work in the MS Office suite

Working in SAP is an advantage, computer skills are essential

Willingness to learn, self-initiative and responsibility
