Technical preparation - Solar area

Your tasks will be:
Management, documentation and follow-up of incoming warranty claims.
Communication with suppliers and contractors for the successful implementation of projects.
Management of contracts, invoices, records and warranty documents.
Processing error reports, identifying problems, notifying suppliers and subcontractors, organizing repairs.
Monitoring deadlines, scheduling warranty repairs.
Preparation of reports and reports.
Acquisition of basic technical knowledge for understanding, forwarding and solving warranty problems of solar systems.
Dealing with complaints and increasing customer satisfaction with efficient and fast administration.
Success is guaranteed if you have the following:
College/university degree - engineering/technical specialization
3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Outstanding personal competencies:
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in handling complex problems.
Excellent collaboration skills in a large company environment.
