Job Description

Driven by creating special customer experiences, inspiring surroundings and providing a super brand service, we are now looking for a new colleague for our Customer Supply department at our head office in Aarhus. 
 
About the job 
As an Outbound Supply Chain Specialist, you become an ambassador for BOLIA. You will be responsible for both operations and analytical tasks, and you will build close relationships with our carriers, negotiate prices, terms and much more. It is therefore important that you are able to complete a negotiation. 
You will also work and communicate with many links in the value chain, both internally and externally, and you must find it fun to learn from you at all levels in the organization. 
You will have your base at Værkmestergade 11, 1st floor in Aarhus C. 
 
Your tasks: 

Ensure the daily operation of our Last Mile transport, in cooperation with partners across Europe 

Check, analyze and follow up on defined KPIs, etc. 

Responsible for ensuring that the daily logistics flow is timely and efficient in the last part of our supply chain 

Invoice control and accounting 

Coordinate various adhoc tasks and information with other departments at the head office 

Administrative setup, maintenance and optimization 

Handling of transport claims and follow-up 

Contract management and updating 

Project participation across departments 

Work towards a more sustainable future 

Participation in building new stores and ensuring correct transport flow 

 
Your skills: 

You have experience within transport and logistics and know the industry well 

You are detail-oriented and able to coordinate internally and externally 

You are able to structure and prioritize large and small tasks in a busy, customer-focused everyday life that is constantly changing 

You speak and write English at a high level. Knowledge of German, French or Spanish will be an advantage 

Knowledge of our new implemented ERP system; Dynamics D365, as well as our ticket system; Zendesk will be an advantage 

You have in-depth knowledge of the Office suite 

 
10-20 travel days per year can be expected.
