Domes Noruz Kassandra
based in Kassandra, Halkidiki.
Pastry Cook/Pastry Chef
Some of the responsibilities:
Preparation of a wide variety of confectionery items following traditional and modern recipes
Creating new and exciting desserts to refresh our menus and capture customer interest
Decorating sweets, using different types of icing, toppings, etc. to ensure beautiful and impressive appearance
Monitoring stocks of basic materials such as flour, sugar, etc. and placing the appropriate orders within budget
Control of the quality of materials, condition of equipment and devices used in manufacturing
Maintaining a clean and tidy post and complying with health and safety standards
Requirements
Useful to have:
Graduate of cooking school
At least 2 years of experience in à la carte restaurants or 5* hotels
Knowledge and adherence to health and safety procedures
Good command of the English language
