Shift manager (Novi Beograd)

The company Forma Ideale d.o.o. based in Kragujevac is looking for a new team member for the position of Shift Manager in furniture showrooms in Belgrade (New Belgrade).

Job Description:

Monitors and controls customer service

Organizes the return of non-compliant goods to suppliers

Makes suggestions for increasing and decreasing the wages of employees

Makes proposals for hiring and firing employees

Evaluates the work of employees

Establishes contacts with customers in the salon

Monitors implementation and archives all sales decisions (damages, sales, promotions, etc.)

Sends requests for discount decisions due to damage or expiration of the exposure period of the items

Records the goods displayed in the showroom in the POS system

Prepares sales contracts in the specialized POS program

Receives payments of funds from customers (cash and non-cash funds)

Controls items before import into the retail system, according to invoices announced for delivery to the final customer from the distribution center

Keeps records of payments through administrative bans in the POS and prepares a payment report

Keeps a record book of daily reports

Organizes the cleaning of the interior of the space

Application requirements:

Higher or secondary vocational education

Desirable work experience in the same or similar jobs

Excellent organizational skills and orientation towards achieving results

Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
