Warehouse administrator

We are looking for a warehouse administrator colleague for the afternoon shift to join our partner company's small team. Warehouse administrator Tasks Registration, systematization, processing and administration of incoming invoices Management, preparation and processing of incoming and outgoing mail Management and processing of invoices received by e-mail Management of the TMS - WMS system, recording of data Effective cooperation with other departments Participation in organized meetings, online discussions within and outside the company Creation and maintenance of warehouse order Coordination of the work of warehouse workers, control and support contact with customers and subcontractors active participation in winter/year-end closures compliance with occupational health and safety requirements handling logistics complaints Requirements secondary education user-level computer skills (MS Office) knowledge of corporate management systems reliable, responsible, precise work conversational English language skills undertaking an afternoon work schedule from Monday to Friday (12:00 - 18:30) individual visit to Maglód Amit we offer work from Monday to Friday in the afternoon shift, support for commuting costs to Maglód, long-term work opportunity, stable international background with a small team, Place of work Maglód
