Job Description:

We are looking for a kind and responsible person for the position of receptionist in our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing them with an outstanding experience through a professional and friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and registering guests

Providing information and directing visitors

Management of phone calls and e-mails

Scheduling of meetings and organization of conference rooms

Keeping the reception area tidy

Help with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Relevant education and experience in the hotel industry for the given position

Excellent communication skills

Computer skills (MS Office)

Ability to work in a team and under pressure
