Production manager

For our multinational partner, we are looking for someone experienced in production
Production manager
colleague to Miskolc
Main tasks:
·        Ensures the achievement of production, quality, efficiency, cost and delivery expectations within the production area.
·        Ensures the execution/execution of the production plan.
·        Ensures the improvement of production efficiency and quality.
·        Ensures occupational safety and accident prevention measures, as well as cost control within the production area.
·        Supervises and directs the development and implementation of internal training goals and plans for the production department. Evaluates training outcomes to ensure ongoing development of professional skills and overall capabilities of department employees.
·        Strengthens and oversees the structure of the production department, makes recommendations for the appointment and removal of staff and ensures the continuous development of the team.
·        The manager holding the position reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
·        At least 8 years of work experience in a multinational company.
·        Degree in mechanical engineering
·        Work experience in the automotive industry
·        Customer-specific requirements (IATF, VDA 6.3)
· Communicative knowledge of the English language at work, verbally and in writing.
