Production manager

Your new company
Our partner is a new investor in the area who will serve the domestic and international markets with automotive electronics products. Due to the nature of the investment, a position of high responsibility, sometimes with assignments abroad.
Your new position
The position has classic production manager responsibilities, in a green field investment phase. Your duties would include:
Providing the necessary resources to start production
Collection and transfer of industry know-how to subordinate colleagues
Management of 500-600 people through plant managers
Definition, control and development of reporting and KPI indicators
What you need to succeed
Advanced (preferably technical) education
Fluency in English
Several years of experience in managing areas with a similar number of employees
Knowledge acquired in automotive or electronics manufacturing
