The ideal candidate: * Good communication skills and adaptability to the interlocutor; * Responsibility towards one's own work and orientation towards achieving the desired results;* Availability for a predominantly field activity;* Completed secondary studies (Baccalaureate Diploma attesting the completion of studies);* Driving license - category B;* Professional experience in fields that require relationship with clients is an advantage. Objective of the position: Van Sales Representative acts in the direction of development the company's business with Philip Morris products by achieving sales volumes and customer coverage objectives in the assigned area, product distribution, placing the products on the shelf and collecting the counter value of the invoices. The sales process is carried out with the delivery of the goods on the spot. Visits daily the number of clients required to reach the standards imposed by the company, in accordance with the route plan; - Sells the products according to the volume objectives /year/month/day; - Builds and maintains the image and the way the products are presented at the client's point of sale: ensures the presence and visibility of the products according to the standards sent by the Manufacturer and the promotions in force; - Ensures the prompt delivery of the products to the customers and is responsible for the integrity of the stock of goods from the car;- It ensures the full recovery of the invoice value to all clients in its coverage area.
