We are looking for a colleague in our gas station department for the position of head of the gas station operation department._x000D_

Work load:_x000D_
preparation, implementation and control of the fulfillment of concluded contracts, approved plans and prescribed procedures related to the operation of EuroOil and RoBiN OIL gas stations (284 operators throughout the Republic of Poland)_x000D_
processing and control of uniform procedures for the network-operational regulations, orders, instructions, directives_x000D_
management and coordination of the methodology team (12 people)_x000D_
processing analysis and increasing the level of traffic and sales ÄŒS_x000D_
cooperation in the creation of a plan of business activities supporting sales in the ÄŒS network and control of its implementation_x000D_
processing of analyses, statistics and reports on the ČŒS network for the needs of the company and state administration (MPO reports)_x000D_
cooperation in the selection of tenants, including the submission of proposals for the creation and adjustment of tenant commissions ÄŒS_x000D_
methodical management of tenants, including their familiarization with the company's internal regulations_x000D_
creation of a control system for compliance with generally binding regulations and internal regulations by tenants ÄŒS_x000D_
Submission of a draft plan for inspections, revisions, maintenance and investments within the network ÄŒS_x000D_
coordination and control of the implementation of graduation activities at ÄŒS_x000D_
Ensuring shipment control, including inventory status records and ongoing balance control PHL_x000D_
cooperation to ensure all activities and matters in the field of fire safety, health and safety, prevention of serious accidents and environmental protection and waste management at ÄŒS_x000D_
representing the company in dealings with state administration bodies in matters related to ÄŒS_x000D_
Solving unusual operational events on ÄŒS_x000D_
cooperation in the implementation of crisis releases when declaring a state of emergency as a result of natural events or an oil emergency_x000D_
cooperation in maintaining any documentation associated with the liquidation of insurance events at ÄŒS_x000D_
communication with other departments and representatives of gas stations_x000D_
travel within ÄŒR_x000D_
