Tasks
Contact with customers in case of product quality problems
In the event of product quality problems, active participation in customer visits and follow-up of customer evaluations
Management of incoming quality complaints in the system
Preparation of error analysis with the known error analysis tools, active participation and follow-up in the definition and introduction of corrective and preventive measures
Cooperation with partner departments and the parent company in Germany
