Customer quality assurance engineer

On behalf of our partner in Miskolc, we are looking for a colleague to join their expanding team in the following position:
Customer quality assurance engineer
Duties of the position:
Recording customer complaints and corrective actions (QOS),
Coordination of customer audits,
Evaluation of customer service information,
Handling complaints and presenting solutions to the customer,
Customer PPM report based on QOS,
Supervision of the inspection of outgoing goods,
Continuous control of production in relation to customer products,
Analysis of root causes, monitoring of corrective and preventive measures and evaluation of their effectiveness,
Coordination of the implementation of corrective measures,
Preparation of client audits and active participation in them,
Training and education of quality inspectors (IQC, IPQC, OQC),
Initiating measures to reduce the number of scraps,
Keeping customer-specific requirements up to date.
The requirements for filling the position:
Higher education in a relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience,
System-oriented thinking,
Active oral and written English language skills,
Customer-oriented approach,
Logical, analytical way of thinking,
Ability to work under pressure,
technical ability,
Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
