Production leader

Job description:

Organization and management of production processes,

Priority implementation of production plans by work units,

Reporting on the implementation of the weekly, monthly and annual production plan,

Control of technological procedures of individual operations, implementation of quality control procedures and maintenance of machines,

Coordination of activities and processes both within production and with other organizational units,

Managing, motivating and optimizing the work of employees,

Supervision of employees and ensuring work discipline,

Optimization and implementation of lean production,

Various production records,

Other operational jobs in the field of production management

Qualifications:

Diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related technical sciences,

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions in production,

Experience in leading a team and managing production processes,

Knowledge of quality and safety standards in production,

Developed organizational and communication skills,

Active knowledge of the English language,

Advanced computer skills
