Position Summary:
Car rental service agents will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of car rentals are successful. This position involves managing reservations, promoting additional services, and addressing customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Main Tasks:
Customer Assistance:
Assists customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs and preferences.
Provides detailed information on the features and advantages of the various vehicles available.
Promotes and suggests additional services such as insurance, GPS equipment and flexible rental options.
Informs customers about the company's latest offers and packages.
Administration of the Leasing Process:
Prepares and processes rental contracts accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Ensures that all documents comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
Maintains accurate records of rentals, payments and customer interactions.
Prepares periodic reports on rental activities and financial performance.
Reservations and Availability Management:
Manages and tracks bookings through the company's booking system.
Coordinates with other departments to ensure that customer requests are met in a timely manner
Monitors and manages vehicle availability to optimize fleet utilization.
Notifies customers of any changes or updates regarding their bookings.
Customer Service:
Responds professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone or in person.
Handles and resolves customer concerns or issues effectively.
Ensures a positive customer experience by providing ongoing support throughout the rental period.
Give suggestions for improving the customer experience and increasing their loyalty.
Coordination with the Operational Team:
Collaborates with operations team to ensure vehicle fleet maintenance and availability.
Notifies and coordinates maintenance issues or necessary repairs.
Improves processes to optimize services provided and reduce waiting time for customers.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge in vehicle fleet administration and management.
Experience using booking systems and data management programs.
Good organizational and management skills to cope with the workload.
Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
