Duties Candidates will be responsible for: the preparation and execution of the menu with the chef's instructions, for all-inclusive buffets (breakfast, lunch, dinner) maintaining the variety, quality and presentation of the dishes in the buffet implementing hygiene and food safety policies (HACCP and ISO) supporting the renewal and upgrading of the menu, with an emphasis on the needs of the customers of the all-inclusive program Necessary qualifications Minimum experience 2-3 years in a 4-5 star all-inclusive restaurant or hotel Degree from a culinary school Good knowledge of buffet management with large production volumes Teamwork and time management skills Positive attitude, attention to detail and flexibility Knowledge of the English language What we offer: competitive salary package and insurance accommodation and meals for out-of-region residents career development prospects in a growing group continuous training based on the needs of the all-inclusive operation friendly and organized environment workplace, with respect for employees, the local community and the environment How to apply: Eligible candidates will be invited for an interview.
