Construction Project Manager

Our partner is a company with a Hungarian ownership background dealing with the management of construction works (general contracting, structural construction, production of reinforced concrete structures, earthworks, formwork, masonry works and freight transport, crane operation). Due to expansion, we are looking for a new colleague for the following position: Construction project manager Duties Management and coordination of small and medium-sized construction projects (earthworks, building structure, reinforced concrete structure construction, general construction) from planning to implementation; Making a price offer (in TERC or in a sent tender), preparing a budget statement; Directing the implementation of the awarded works, developing plans, scheduling, managing the budget, meeting deadlines and the budget; Contracting professional engineers and subcontractors for the works, coordinating joint work, ensuring effective communication; Tendering for material purchases, material orders; E-diary management and supervision; Visiting work areas, participating in tours; Participating in weekly cooperations for each workplace or conducting and documenting them; Carrying out sampling and quality assurance tasks related to construction; Weekly meeting with the manager about ongoing work or on the progress of the given project, monitoring of project processes or making corrections as needed; Preparation of accounts for customers or with subcontractors; Closing the project, handing over the work area, preparing completion certificates, providing the necessary documents for the financial department (delivery of invoices, invoices, etc.); Expectations At least 7-10 years of professional experience in the field of "tasks to be performed"; Age between 30-40 years; Advanced specialized qualification (high-rise construction or architectural engineer); Proficiency in high-rise construction and general construction; Basic professional English language skills; Knowledge of the TERC budgeting program, knowledge of other computer interfaces used by the profession (e-diary, word, excel, autocad, emails, etc.); Residence of Tata (Baj) or its surroundings (within 60-70 km); Task-oriented attitude, problem-solving and decision-making ability; Good leadership and communication skills.
