Cooks A' - Mykonos

The company Louis Hotels SA, with many years of presence in tourism and one of the largest companies in the field in Greece and Cyprus, is looking for partners for the following positions for its hotels in Mykonos: Cooks A' Responsibilities Setting up and replenishing the posts with all the necessary supplies Preparing dishes for serving (e.g. cutting vegetables, slicing meat or preparing sauces) Preparation of menu items in collaboration with the rest of the staff of the kitchen Responsiveness, accountability and following the directions of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef Clean station and clean up leftover food Properly store supplies Ensure food is served simultaneously with high quality and in a timely manner Comply with dietary regulations, hygiene and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers Qualifications Culinary School Degree Demonstrated experience in cooking with similar requirements Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, materials, equipment and processes Accuracy and speed in the execution of assigned tasks Familiarity with industry best practices Benefits Competitive salary package Decent accommodation (where necessary) and full board Training and development opportunities in a constantly growing group with a presence in Greece and Cyprus Will be considered under conditions of absolute confidentiality and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ).
