That is why we are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for data solutions who will join the Danish Energy Agency's extensive digitization journey. About the job Are you passionate about working with data and creating valuable solutions that make a difference? Then this is the job for you! We are looking for a junior data engineer who will be part of a strong data team in the department IT, Digitization and Data (IDD). The Danish Energy Agency has large amounts of data at its disposal, which is used in many contexts – both internally and externally. That is why we are working to expand our data warehouse so that more people can have access to valuable data that supports the green transition. You will become part of the work with data integrations, modeling and reporting. Our data warehouse is built on-premise on the Microsoft technology stack, and we work with e.g. with data on wind turbines, energy labelling, digitization of the supply sector, subsidy pools and management information. As a new member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in SQL, ETL processes and Power BI. We make sure that you are well equipped to work with operation and further development of our data solutions. Your tasks You will be given tasks in the areas of: Maintenance and optimization of data integrations and ETL processes Development of data models and reporting in Power BI Identification and handling of new data sources Collaboration with the business to translate needs into usable data solutions. About you We imagine that you: Have a recently completed bachelor's or master's degree in e.g. computer science, IT, software development, engineering, economics or another relevant degree Have an interest in data and data modeling - experience with SQL or Power BI is an advantage, but not a requirement Are structured, analytical and curious Have a desire to work in a team where we help each other and share knowledge Proficient in Danish at a high level, both written and spoken. Salary and terms of employment Employment and remuneration takes place in accordance with the relevant collective agreement for academics in the state as an agent with an obligation to be available or other relevant collective agreement.
