We are looking for dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and creative candidates for the promotion of Ontopo's leading products on the entire Serbian market, and we offer attractive compensation packages for beginners.
Sales coordinators are tasked with meeting and collaborating with leading people in the local hospitality industry, as well as gathering detailed information on trends in the restaurant business environment.
Successful candidates will undergo intensive field training and continuous on-the-job development as part of the field team, supported by colleagues from headquarters, whose combined experience will help you gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Applicants are required to:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or HoReCa industry.
Ideally one to three years of relevant work experience, although fresh graduates will be considered.
Strong understanding of hospitality industry and catering.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent personal and professional presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Teamwork abilities and strong social skills.
Results oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics is considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills and proven adaptability to the local environment with a broad interest and/or exposure to different customs.
Ambition, drive and communicative energy with a very independent and lively personality.
Ability to work to deadlines and keep a cool head under pressure.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job duties include:
Research and identification of potential clients in the horeca sector.
Using various sales channels, including cold calling, email and social media, to generate leads.
Collaborating with the marketing team to capitalize on incoming leads and promotional events.
Conducting an effective product presentation to showcase the features and benefits of our reservation management software.
Tailoring the presentation to the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.
Clearly articulate how our solution can improve restaurant efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and optimize their work.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Working closely with potential clients to understand their requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports and updates to the sales manager.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in the hospitality industry.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's challenges and goals.
Establish long-term partnerships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive up-selling opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and new technologies in the desk management software space.
Use market knowledge to effectively position our product and identify new business opportunities.
Cooperation with the marketing team on the development and improvement of products, presentations and promotional materials.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to address customer needs and concerns.
