Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanics; Relevant experience in diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles; Strong customer orientation; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Focus on efficiency and precision; Knowledge of Excel and Power BI (optional); 12th year completed. What is your mission? In this role you will carry out support activities for the maintenance of the car fleet, particularly authorization of services to workshops, discussion of replacement vehicle costs and clarification of payments, with the main responsibilities being: Making appointments and authorizations for maintenance interventions/repairs and vehicle tires in the workshops; Request authorizations from customers for uncontracted service charges, in order to control interventions on vehicles, minimizing costs for the company; Request mechanical expertise and analysis of reports with a view to determining causes and responsibilities; Ensure responses to suppliers, with the aim of clarifying doubts/processes addressed.
