The Mitsis Group offers new jobs in its hotels in Kos: Pastry Chef A' - KOSArea: KosJob Type: Seasonal/Full-timeRef: HO/PCAKPurpose As a Pastry Chef you will participate in the production of sweets and treats of the Pastry Chef according to the Pastry Chef's menu and instructions. The role requires a strong understanding of various pastry techniques and materials and the ability to work effectively in an environment with high standards.Responsibilities Participate in the daily production of desserts and treats for all hotel departments (central, A la Carte & food corners) Work with the team and the Pastry Chef to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues Monitor supplies and schedule orders Ensure smooth operation of the equipment and inform about any damages or issues that arise Follow the required ISO procedures and ensure the correct application of hygiene and safety rules in your position Required Qualifications: Degree in confectionery Experience, as a Pastry Chef in a corresponding position at least 2 years Knowledge of trends, materials and cost management Knowledge and experience in the application of hygiene and food safety standards Skills Professionalism, Reliability & ResponsibilityEmpathyAdaptabilityCollaboration & TeamworkBenefits: What we offerCompetitive salary packageVariable Bonus for achieving monthly goalsWorking in a family group with a human-centered approach and respect for the environment and society.
