Experience in the bakery industry is preferred

Willingness to work in shifts

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN DUTIES:

Weighing raw materials for kneading based on the kneading sheet and kneading dough 

Keeping track of the temperature of the dough 

Responsibility for the prescribed shape and weight of the dough cut

Responsibility for the quality and safety of the product for the production phase it was made  

Handling machines and technical devices in the plant in accordance with the instructions for use
