Tasks:

Organization of employees' work (work schedule), use of days off and vacations in a retail facility

Organizes the work and is responsible for the results of work in his team: defines goals, delegates tasks to associates, monitors the results of the work of associates, motivates employees, develops the knowledge of associates, implements company rules, informs employees about all news

Registers the goods that have arrived

Maintains documentation on the state of stock in the store

He is responsible for the proper storage of goods and contacts with customers

Needs funds for shop

Contacts buyers/suppliers regarding the delivery of goods

Active participation in proposing measures to improve business

Maintaining hygiene in the store - organizing and implementing activities

He is responsible for the material and financial condition of the store
