For more information about the company, visit [link removed] STIRIXIS Group is looking for a Project Architect The person we are looking for the position of the Project Architect should cover the criteria below. Responsibilities: Execute design projects for company’s clients (concept design, predesign, design development) Present the work of the company to clients and communicate with them during the project Execute corresponding Bill of Quantities and Budgets up to the design development phase Collaborate with other team members (strategic consultants, graphic designers, 3d designers etc) on projects and manage the design phase of each project Collaborate with construction managers (for those projects that have one) Supervise as author project executions Support the Project Manager to adhere to project limitations (deadlines/costs etc) Requirements: University degree/post graduate diploma Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position and in building projects Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite Excellent knowledge Autocad, MS office applications Willingness to work based on project deadlines Other required skills: able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough. Additional languages, university degrees, knowledge of MS Project, 3dMax will be highly appreciated.
