Manpower is recruiting for a plastics factory located on the Incontro platform in Timișoara a CNC Operator specialized in chuck grinding. We are looking for a talented and motivated person to join our team. Benefits: Attractive salary: 4,500 RON net, with the possibility of an increase depending on experience. Meal vouchers worth 30 RON per day. 13th and 14th salary. Overtime during weekends are paid at 200%. Night and weekend night overtime are paid at 225%. Night increment of 25%. 25 days of vacation per year. Transport insured. Insurance policy with Allianz Țiriac (after 6 months of work). holidays.Contract for an indefinite period.Requirements:Sound knowledge of technical drawing.Experience in operating grinding machines with Siemens programming.Ability to perform cylindrical grinding, not plane.Experience in measuring with precision micrometers, to microns.Responsibilities:Achieving chucks rectification operations according to technical specifications. Programming and operation of precision grinding machines. Ensuring the quality of finished products by accurate and precise measurement of components using precision micrometers. Compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the production process. Necessary skills: Skills excellent technical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret and work according to technical drawings. Team spirit and proactive attitude. Withstand repetitive tasks and tight delivery deadlines.
