Head of the procurement sector".

Position:
HEAD OF THE PROCUREMENT SECTOR

creates a plan for the procurement of imported goods in cooperation with the management and monitoring the state of stocks;

collects data on potential suppliers in the foreign market and investigates the business reputation of suppliers;

organizes the collection of samples of goods and, if necessary, organizes a visit to the supplier;

negotiates technical, business and transport conditions of purchase (quantity, delivery terms, payments) and concludes contracts on business cooperation;

submitting a complaint and solving the replacement of low-quality imported goods;

maintaining contact with permanent and potential partners and expanding the network of customers in the country and abroad

visiting specialized fairs and monitoring the work of competitors;

definition of product prices in accordance with the costs of procurement of imported goods;

monitoring and analysis of the foreign market of potential customers 

organizing the presentation of the company's assortment program in order to conclude contracts with customers for the export of goods as well as sales to domestic customers (retail and wholesale);

monitoring of implementation deadlines;

is responsible for the completeness of documentation during importation and compliance with delivered quantities;

investigation of customer solvency as well as commercial and marketing activities of competitors;

once every six months, he makes a proposal on the modernization and improvement of the way of doing work;

Special conditions:

VI/VII degree of professional education

minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar jobs

active knowledge of the English language

computer knowledge
