Head of the maintenance service

The company Forma Ideale d.o.o. based in Kragujevac is looking for a new team member in the position: Head of the maintenance department 

Job Description:

Plans, organizes, manages and controls the activities of ongoing and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and infrastructure facilities

Prepares proposals for annual and monthly plans for the organizational part he manages (plans for supplies, costs, personnel and investments)

Proposes procedures, instructions and documentation necessary for the optimal functioning of the processes and sub-processes of the organizational part he manages; Makes proposals for improving work processes

He is responsible for the implementation of the adopted budget on a monthly and annual level through the realization of the planned level of supplies, costs, planned personnel and planned investments.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the maintenance plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual level, as well as the implementation of contracted services with authorized service departments

He is responsible for and supervises: repair of machines and equipment, daily and current maintenance of the equipment by the user, operation of the compressor station, compressed air installation, dust removal system, as well as the platform for lifting loads

He is responsible for the timely testing of machines and installed equipment, the application of legal regulations in the field of their safe use, as well as for regular controls of the installed fire protection systems in the dedusting systems and the entire facility. 

Purchases tools, materials, equipment, consumables and spare parts and is responsible for their rational use

Evaluates the work of employees in the maintenance service, proposes promotions or termination of the work contracts of employees in the maintenance service

He is responsible for the traceability and accuracy of documentation in the field of machine and equipment maintenance

It takes care of the preservation, maintenance and implementation of technical documentation and instructions in order to use the equipment and facilities correctly

Maintains documentation on malfunctions and planned preventive maintenance

Controls the application of instructions on ongoing maintenance of machines

Application requirements:

VI/VII degree of professional education

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar position

Work in MS Office package 

Knowledge of the English language
