He is responsible for the supply of frozen food from the central warehouses according to the plan. Takes care of food safety and hygiene by observing all the procedures described in the study of the hotel's HACCP system Observes and supervises the observance of good industrial and hygienic practice. Controls and maintains the cleanliness of the area of ​​responsibility and the implementation of the cleaning and disinfection program. He especially takes care of the correct and regular application of disinfection in refrigerators, teflon cutting machine, meat grinder, band saw.
