Production technologist

Job Description:

·         Creates a technological procedure for work orders, recipes and specifications of materials for manufacturing products, in accordance with prescribed standards

·         Creates customized technical solutions, performs (or approves) changes to technical documentation related to customized solutions and technological procedures

·         Monitors and is responsible for the application of the technological process in production

·         Actively participates in production, communicates with line managers, monitors processes, participates in problem solving

·         Creates norms

·         Participates in production planning, provides information on the technical capacities of equipment, calculates and provides an estimate of costs and economic efficiency of production

·         Participates in the planning of technical and technological development of production, participates in development teams, deals with the development of equipment and tools, creates conceptual solutions in the construction of new products, participates in the creation and testing of prototypes

·         Creates technical documentation for product certification purposes

·         Creates projects for the improvement of production processes, monitors and actively participates in their implementation

·         Participates in development projects of adoption and implementation of new technologies in production

·         Analyzes and reports on production efficiency and issues

Candidate profile:

·         Minimum Higher SS (VI degree), advantage of mechanical - technical direction

·         Knowledge of methods for analyzing the technical condition of equipment, tools and materials

·         Knowledge of methods for determining the economic efficiency of technological procedures, equipment and organization of production

·         Knowledge of work study – time analysis and rationalization

·         Using MS Office package

·         Advanced knowledge of technical English

·         Willingness to assume authority and responsibilities for his position
