Work load:_x000D_
comprehensive management of a portfolio of construction projects_x000D_
Project Team Management_x000D_
control of the calculation of construction costs, responsibility for compliance with the budget_x000D_
responsibility for the outcome of the project_x000D_
coordination of all construction participants_x000D_
ensuring the smooth implementation of construction in accordance with concluded contracts_x000D_
communication with external suppliers, construction supervision, technical supervision of the investor, investor_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
min. SÅ  construction direction_x000D_
experience in the field at least 5 years_x000D_
knowledge of construction economics_x000D_
experience with the implementation of construction projects_x000D_
experience with leading a team of people_x000D_
very good organizational skills_x000D_
analytical and communication skills_x000D_
independence, decisiveness, flexibility_x000D_
working knowledge of MS Office_x000D_
Jewish identity card B – active driver_x000D_
authorization in the field - advantageous_x000D_
