JOB DUTIES Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance courteously, quickly and proactively Maintain a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest. Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling. Assist arriving and departing guests (welcoming, luggage assistance, directions etc.). Be familiar with the layout of the hotel and provide guest services and guidance. Provide general information to guests about the hotel facilities, services and location. Expertise related to the job: Proven experience in Groom/Bellman position, in a luxury hotel or resort property Excellent command (oral & written) of Greek and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language would be highly appreciated Positive attitude Team player, passionate and focused on providing high quality services and results Driving license Hygiene / Safety / Environment Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations. Ensures the safety of people and property.
