Production Coordinator

Client Description: Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for one of its clients, a well-known company in the furniture retail industry in Romania, for a person for the role of Production Coordinator - wood section. Responsibilities: ·      Plan the production activity in the manufacturing sections according to the established production plan, to ensure the full achievement of the quantitative and qualitative indicators established. ·      Organizes and coordinates the introduction into manufacturing of new products and is responsible for ensuring the parameters provided in the documentation.·      Coordinates and ensures the rhythmic development of the production process, following the realization of production in accordance with the plan required by sales.·      Approves the technological instructions for each production phase, both to their implementation as well as to their modification and ensures the appropriate adaptation of the technology to the variations and specifics of the raw material used. ·      Coordinates the identification, introduction and maintenance under control of the processes included in the quality system.·      Ensures the material and informational resources necessary for the implementation of the policy in the field of quality.·      Leads the process of ensuring quality in the production activity, according to the existing procedures and standards. ·      Coordinates the realization and putting into operation on time the new production capacities.·     Verifies the monthly time attendance for subordinate personnel and forwards it to the Human Resources Department.·      Coordinates and participates in the resolution of labor conflicts and complaints to the employees·Executes any other provisions given by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the company's short-term strategies within the limits of compliance with the legal basis.
