Job Description

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a highly talented individual to be responsible for day to day operations, managing and optimizing the company’s revenue processes and accounts receivable function ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections and revenue recognition.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Financial Accounting Operations team.
Manage reconciliations and other internal controls, including the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank accounts including clearing accounts, employee entitlements and present value calculations, ensuring reconciliation items are cleared in a timely manner.
Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls.
Accurately record all sales and revenue transactions in compliance with relevant accounting standards (US GAAP) in the CRM Dynamics & ERP system NetSuite.
Communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances. Efficiently monitoring and collecting customer payments. Regularly reviewing accounts to identify and address late or missing payments.
Reconciling discrepancies, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating payment terms.
Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
Review that all issued invoices / receipts have successfully been uploaded to My data platform and ensure compliance with My data requirements.
Contribute to the monthly financial reporting by preparing accruals and journal entries in the Accounting System in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Flexible and quick learner.
