With a number of over 130 consultants, over 300 active clients and at least 3000 employees per year, we contribute to the evolution of the labor market in Romania and we are approaching our global goal of positively impacting the professional life of people who need a job until 2030.Requirements• Relevant experience in recruiting for blue collar and production positions (minimum 2 years).• Experience in a recruitment agency with proven skills in recruiting and meeting targets.• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.• Solid administrative skills - helping to sign employment contracts and document management.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Domicile in Timișoara and availability for local travel to the client. Responsibility• Managing the complete recruitment process for Blue Collar and production positions (identification, interviews, selection).• Conducting interviews and the selection process to ensure the compatibility of candidates with the job requirements and company values.• Administrative support – assisting candidates in the process of signing employment contracts (without drafting them).• Direct collaboration with clients – Understanding their requirements and selecting the best candidates for each position.• Implementation of recruitment campaigns - both online and offline (events, recruitment platforms, field recruitment).• Carrying out activities to promote Randstad services (telephone, email, events, etc.)• Participate in discussions (online or physically) negotiating and establishing collaboration with prospects and potential partners.
