HSE Manager Onshore - Greece (m/f/d)

To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Health, Safety & Environment RWE Renewables, the youngest subsidiary of the RWE Group, is one of the world leaders in renewables. About the role: Manage and support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) assistance for assigned units, including cooperation with authorities Advise management on HSE responsibilities and promote a strong HSE culture Develop and improve the Greek HSE Management System Ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities Track HSE the HSE performance of Business units and its assets Conduct Root Cause Analyses for significant events and cooperate with relevant authorities Provide safety-related training and conduct hazard risk assessments Perform frequent site visits, inspections, and ensure compliance with legislation Manage emergency and crisis management activities Participate in international working groups and HSE related improvement projects Job Requirements: M.Sc./Diploma in engineering, safety, risk engineering, or a related field Over 6 years of HSE-specific experience.
