Civil engineer

Job description: • Coordinating and organizing the teams on the site in order to realize the project according to the execution schedule;• Monitoring and stimulating the performance of the subordinate teams involved in the execution;• Collaborate with other specialists for the realization and completion of the projects;• Participate and quantitatively and qualitatively approve the works at the reception;• Checking and approving or, as the case may be, drawing up the attachments, the works, work reports, minutes of subcontractors;• Studies the design details and technical documentation required for construction works;• Establishes optimal solutions for the design and execution of various types of construction works;• Checks compliance with execution technologies and their correct application and proposes solutions for solving non-conformities;• Approves the execution of projects, taking into account the specific details of the constructions;• Follows daily the rational use of the labor force, materials and mechanization means available on the construction site• Follows the execution daily so that the product meets the premium quality standards• Se ensures daily compliance with discipline and order in the construction site;• Determines the necessary materials and equipment and forwards the necessary to procurement.
